ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of HSE Consultant/Work Environment Specialist, you will be a key person ensuring and developing our client's systematic work environment efforts. You will be responsible for implementing legal requirements into routines and management systems, as well as driving proactive work environment efforts in close collaboration with the organization. This is an independent role where you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and shape a safe workplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

You will work on interpreting and translating legal requirements regarding work environment into practical routines and methods within a management system, as well as driving and developing the systematic work environment efforts (SAM).

• Interpret and translate legal requirements into routines and methods in the management system
• Drive and develop the systematic work environment efforts (SAM)
• Analyze operational needs and adapt work environment efforts
• Ensure compliance with the Work Environment Act (AML) and Work Environment Ordinance
• Implement the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS)
• Contribute to the development of the company's management system for work environment

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has relevant education in work environment (e.g. work environment engineer, behavioral science with a work environment focus or equivalent).
• Has documented experience in work environment and previously completed projects.
• Possesses advanced knowledge of the Work Environment Act (AML), Work Environment Ordinance, and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS)
• Has documented experience of systematic work environment efforts (SAM)
• Has the ability to interpret and translate legal requirements into routines and methods in management systems
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
